Canberra, May 25, 2020, SPA - A massive storm has wreaked havoc on the coastal areas of Western Australia, including the state capital Perth, dpa reported. The Australian State Emergency Services (SES) said it has responded to hundreds of calls for help overnight and Monday morning. The strongest wind gust of 126 kilometers per hour was recorded at Cape Leeuwin in the state's south-west, the Bureau of Meteorology said today.
