No meeting between Jalil, US delegation head in Baghdad (6)
Baghdad, May 25, IRNA - A member of Iran's negotiation delegation in
Baghdad has ruled out the AFP report that Saeed Jalili, the Secretary of
Supreme National Security Council of Iran (SNSCI), had met the US envoy.
The Iranian, who wanted not to be named, told IRNA that the SNSCI Secretary
and the US delegation have had no meeting and talks.
More climbers head to Everest after deaths of four (2)
KATMANDU, Nepal - Scores of climbers were headed for the summit of Mount
Everest on Friday in what is expected to another busy weekend on the top of
the world.
Last weekend, four climbers died on their way down from the summit amid a
traffic jam of more than 200 people scrambling to conquer the world's
highest peak as the weather worsened.

(AP) Oil edged up above $91 a barrel Friday as an inconclusive summit about
Iran's nuclear program outweighed demands concerns tied to Greece's
financial crisis and sputtering growth in China.
By early afternoon in Europe, benchmark oil for July delivery was up 41
cents to $91.07 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile
Exchange.

The Muslim Brotherhood made an early show of confidence as vote counting
began in Egypt's landmark presidential election on Thursday, saying its
exit polls showed its candidate in the lead in the race to succeed ousted
leader Hosni Mubarak.
Exit polls by several Arab television stations also suggested the
Brotherhood's Mohammed Morsi was ahead of the pack of 13 candidates.
