Two officers shot during demonstrations in Dallas (136)

Two officers have been shot during protests in Dallas, according to local
KDFW. The condition of the officers is not known yet.
The incident happened during the protests over the police shooting in
Louisiana and Minnesota at which two Afriacan-American men died.

Mourners attending a vigil for the Dallas shooting victims have hugged and
kissed police officers in emotional scenes.
Five police officers were killed in the shooting, which took place at a
Black Lives Matter protest in Dallas.

NATO and EU signed a joint declaration (33)
NATO and EU signed a joint declaration. Secretary General of the North
Atlantic Treaty Organization Jens Stoltenberg, President of the European
Council Donald Tusk, President of the European Commission Jean-Claude
Juncker signed the document at the NATO Summit in Warsaw.
The document states:

40 killed in ISIL raid on shrine in N Iraq
BAGHDAD
An attack on a Shiite shrine in the north of Iraqi capital, which the
Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed, has left 40 people
dead and more than 70 others wounded.
In the attack on the evening of July 7, ISIL militants targeted the Sayyid
Mohammed shrine in Balad, 70 kilometers north of Baghdad, Joint Operations
Command spokesman Yahya Rasool told AFP.
