United States Geological Survey Physical Science technician Coyn Criley
installs seismographs Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013, in Hayward, Calif. The
devices will be used to measure effects of the demolition of the 13-story
Warren Hall on the California State University East Bay campus, determined
by the California State University Seismic Review Board to be the most
seismically vulnerable building in the CSU system.
