BlackBerry has agreed to sell its business for $4.7bn (бё2.9bn).
The struggling smartphone manufacturer will be acquired by a consortium led
by its largest shareholder, Fairfax Financial Holdings, subject to
Fairfax CEO and Chairman Prem Watsa said: "We believe this transaction will
open an exciting new private chapter for BlackBerry, its customers,
carriers and employees."
