SAVANNAH, Ga., Feb. 9 (UPI) - SAVANNAH, Ga., Feb. 9 (UPI) - The fire at the Georgia Ports Authority Ocean Terminal in Savannah has been completely extinguished, fire officials said. Firefighters fought the blaze for more than 24 hours. "It's completely out now," said Savannah Fire spokesman Mark Keller early Sunday afternoon, the Savannah (Ga.) Morning News reported.
