British computer scientist Tim Berners-Lee, the man credited with inventing
the world wide web, gives a speech in Lyon, central France, during the
World Wide Web 2012 international conference.
Paris - A bill of rights should be created to govern the Internet in the
wake of revelations about the depth of government surveillance, the
inventor of the World Wide Web said on Wednesday.
Tim Berners-Lee made the proposal as part of the "web we want" campaign for
