The defence ministries of Ukraine and Russia have agreed on a truce in Crimea until March 21, as Crimean citizens cast their ballots in a referendum on whether the region should join Russia or remain within Ukraine with greater autonomy. Ukraine and Russia have agreed to a temporary truce as Crimea votes in the referendum.
