Sale is the first acknowledged dealing between a US aerospace company and Iran since 1979 Reuters Washington/Paris: Boeing Co, the world's biggest aeroplane maker, and engine maker General Electric Co (GE) said on Friday they had received licences from the US Treasury Department to export certain spare parts for commercial aircraft to Iran under a temporary sanctions relief deal that began in January.
