AS BBC reports, William Hague has stood down as foreign secretary, but will
stay in the cabinet as Leader of the Commons. There will be at least 12 men
leaving their posts in the significant ministerial reshuffle , including
Ken Clarke who is standing down.
BBC political editor Nick Robinson said Environment Secretary Owen Paterson
is among those leaving his post.
Labour described the reshuffle as "the massacre of the moderates".
