5.6 Magnitude Earthquake jolts North Algeria (18)

Algiers, August 01 (QNA) - An earthquake measuring 5.6 degrees on Richter scale hit the suburbs of Algeria's capital Algiers early Friday. The quake hit 19 kilometers east of Bologhine, a suburb of the city of Algiers, said Algeria's National Research Centre in Astronomy, Astrophysics and Geophysics (CRAAG). There was no reports of casualties or property damage.
